Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouses and our team does everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to high volume of orders, please allow an estimated 4-15 working days for your order to arrive.

Usually Normal Orders Are Dispatched Within 3-7 Working Days
Orders Placed In Sale Could Take Even Upto 45 Days For Delivery - depending on stock and volume of orders

You can opt for express shipping - we give express shipping priority over normal shipping. No Refund For Express Shipping If Not Delivered On Time.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

YES, you will receive AWB number on your mail/registered number once your order is dispatched. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of AWB number. If still you face issue in tracking your orders, feel free to email us help.papercastle@gmail.com (Usually revert in 48 hours)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS AS ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOMISED/MADE TO ORDER

However if you receive wrong/defective product if will be exchanged/replaced.In any case if you don't want the product - refund will be given only in form of Store Credit.

You will have to provide full unboxing video with clear labels of courier company, without that no exchange/returns will be entertained.

We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, Once confirm with our customer service executive, You will have to parcel us back and As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge. i.e you have to pay for courier which you parcel us back.
It will take 7-8 working days to resolve the same.

Orders placed in SALE will be sent in sizes and colors available in stock.
No exchange/return for orders placed during SALE.

NOTE :We have uploaded size chart along with every product , so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.
NO RETURNS IF SIZE ISSUE BY CUSTOMERS END.
